Cruiser would excel in cross country hunter, pleasure riding or
showing in Ridden Cob for that right person willing to spend time and have fun with his BIG trot and rubberband body. Cru can bend and move however you ask him to. is completely sound, loves attention, and is looking for someone to dote on him. It has taken me a long time to decide to offer him for sale but I am not doing him justice by not riding him, I just don't have the time. Cruiser can be ridden in any situation. Cru learned to 'Pony' other horses in the Training with Trust program, and has ponied warmbloods, thorobreds and ponies with no problems, lives out year round with mares and other geldings. He is not for a very beginner rider as he needs to be ridden; but he sure is a lot of fun and has never attempted to buck no matter what I have put him through! Cruiser is a purebred but I have not registered him as I bought him in utero and did not receive the Breeding Certificate from the former owner of Megastar. | Since I have decided to retain Elena's filly Casmaran Ascension I am offering Elena for sale as a BROODMARE ONLY to a serious cob breeder. | ||||
| Elena is completely sound and has never been ill, but she is only for sale as a broodmare because she had some personality issues when we first acquired her. | ||||
| Elena was very shy, and seldom handled when we got her. She has gotten over most of her shyness but must learn to trust you. | ||||
| Elena will never invade your space, once you put a leadline on her she will do anything you ask. | ||||
| I rode her while at the Training for Trust program, but she is not an everyday ride and I will not sell her as a riding animal. | ||||
| She is trimmed, loaded, groomed, bathed, etc. with no problem. | ||||
| Elena catches quickly when bred, has no problems foaling, and is an excellent mother. Elena has a very nice, long neck for a cob and throws it in her foals. None of her foals that she has produced for us has had a short stuffy neck as some cobs tend to have. Elena is well conformed with reaching movement. | ||||
| Elena historically throws colts that go to 16 hands from both Desert and from Minyfford Megastar; but her fillies up to now typically have gone 14.3 - 15 h | ||||
